Jenn asks: "Luke, can I throw these old license plates in the trash?"
Luke gives a thoughtful pause and answers: "Yes. They are not radioactive."
Another long pause. Luke: "Why are you laughing? That's my criterion for whether something can go in the garbage!"

They shouldn't go in the trash in the first place! Save those license plates! When you're back in Texas, you'll miss those things. Or you never know, you may open a burger joint in an old barn someday and hang plates all over the walls. :)
