AT&T customer service uses call centers that I suspect are in a foreign land, where KENNISER KENNISER is a more common name than JENNIFER WAGNER:

It would have been funny but understandable if they had just misspelled your first name, because there are surely some strangely named people in the world and who are they to judge, etc. But how did they completely miss the fact that you had a second, different name that was nothing like your first? It's more like they gave your application the barest of glances and called you whatever came to mind.
