I JUST MADE THE MOST DELICIOUS THING! It is a lime tart from Not So Humble's food blog, and it is the best food to ever come out of my kitchen. It is sort of like a key lime pie, but slightly less tart. It is intimidating, as it takes several pans and planning ahead to give first the curd and later the entire tart time to cool, but IT IS WORTH IT! I'm dreaming of other things to put in that browned butter crust ...

I completely missed that I had received a shoutout on my birthday! It is just as appreciated 2 days later, however. 25 years old, bam! Also, I came home from my preceptorship-job-thing today and ate dinner and watched a movie and there was *nothing to study*. It was amazing.
You made that from her blog??! I made it too one day a while back, it was amazing. I really love her pictures, and did you see the one of her kid?! Oh my goodness, so freaking cute. The Little Humble I believe is her tag name.
