Happy New Year (finally)! I have far too much to say about how wonderful it was to celebrate Christmas and New Years with our families in Texas. They gave us so much love and rest (Scott slept in my parents' room! Grandmother and Grandfather Wagner jumped out of bed at his first peep every morning!).
OH MY GOSH I JUST FELT AN EARTHQUAKE. AND THEN I HEARD THE NEIGHBORS YELLING ABOUT IT. AND THEN I EMAILED LUKE AND HE FELT IT TOO, AT HIS OFFICE.
Whoa whoa whoa. I turned on the radio but they're not talking about it. WHOA. It was like someone kicked the bed I'm sitting on kinda hard, but the whole town shook. WHOA.
Yeah, I'm a little freaked out! No resolution talk now, going to go explore for information.

Ahhh! Be careful!! I would freak out!!
No waaaay!! That is TOO COOL for words! That is a very uniquely Californian experience.
be careful sweet girl! those things sound so scary - i've never been in one and would LOVE to keep it that way.
if you're needing NYResolution ideas here are some of my greats:
no sodas
no texas roadhouse rolls (back in the glory days)
last year I resolved to never put clean laundry in a basket (it goes straight to a hanger or folded.. it's changed my lift)
make the bed every day (i love that too. the house feels so much cleaner!)
this year I am going to sort the mail when I get it and empty the mail sorter box thing every sunday (if not earlier).
I love the blog. keep writing... its great being able to sneak a peek into your world so far away :)
miss you darling.
Cyndy, I loved your resolution suggestions, especially the laundry one. I am just not ready to commit to it yet ... but it really would change my life. I'm super overwhelmed by laundry.
But I would never, ever, ever reject a roadhouse roll. GoodNESS I miss them. If I could re-do life I would have worked there as a teen and done all their cute little dances in the aisles.
